Faculty Hiring Policy & Forms

For faculty members to be hired, they must adhere to the policies in place, fill out the appropriate forms and provide an official transcript: 

• FACULTY TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS POLICY:  Faculty Teaching Qualifications Policy
• PERSONNEL ACTION FORM:  Select the Personnel Action Form on the Human Resources forms web page.
• OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS:  The University requires an official transcript of the faculty member's terminal degree as it relates to the teaching area.  Transcripts should be sent by EScript to faculty.transcripts@louisiana.edu -OR- Mail to: Dr. Dianne F.
