Continuity Plan for Remote Instruction

In preparation for continuing instruction remotely, faculty are to complete a continuity plan for each course you are teaching this semester.

The purpose of this plan is for you to consider the nature, pedagogy and objectives of the courses you teach. A series of questions will help you develop strategies for continuing to teach courses remotely, and ask how you’d maintain communication with students, how they’d receive course content, materials and assignments, and how they’ll be assessed.

Many of your individual colleges and departments are working already on these questions; if so, continue with the format you are using. Submit these plans to department heads or directors by Monday afternoon, March 16. They will review recommendations with your dean.
